Returning an unopened package:
If you would like to return an item purchased on ShowerStore.com you may return it in the original unopened package for a full refund. Please complete the following form. To keep our costs as low as possible and to ensure the integrity of the products we sell, we do not accept products where the original factory seal on the package has been broken.*
Returning an opened package:
If you have opened the package and find the product is defective or not to your liking and would like to return the item, please contact the manufacturer. Contact information can be found on the product packaging and in the ShowerStore.com warranties section.*
