Returning an unopened package
If you are not happy with the item, return it in the original unopened
package for a refund. Please note there is a 20% restocking
charge for all returns over $75. To keep our costs as low
as possible and to ensure the integrity of the products we sell,
we do not accept products where the original factory seal on the
package has been broken.
ShowerStore.com Customer Service Representatives
are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific
Time. All product return-related inquiries made after hours,
on weekends, and on holidays will be answered on the following
business day during business hours

Returning an opened package
If you have opened the package and find the product is defective
or not to your liking and would like to return the item, please
contact the manufacturer. Their warranty and contact information
is available on the product packaging and on the following pages:
